Do you do jewelry repairs in-house?
Yes. Repairs are our specialty and almost everything is done on-site by our own jewelers, so your piece never leaves the store. Most quick repairs like sizing, soldering and battery changes can be done fast, often the same day. Bring it by or call (423) 499-0569.
Can you design a custom engagement ring?
Absolutely. Custom design is one of the things we are known for. Bring an idea, a photo, a stone you already own, or a family piece to reimagine, and master jeweler Ray Wright will help design and build it in-house, start to finish.
What diamond and jewelry brands do you carry?
We carry Romance, Eleganza, Tesoro, Alwand Vahan and Thorsten Rings, along with pre-owned Rolex watches and fine estate pieces. We also help you search loose diamonds to find the right stone for your budget.
Do you buy gold and diamonds?
Yes. We make fair, transparent offers on gold and loose diamonds. Stop in and we will evaluate your items and explain exactly what they are worth, with no pressure.
Do you offer appraisals and insurance?
We provide detailed, insurance-ready appraisals from a certified master jeweler, and we offer jewelry insurance through Jewelers Mutual so your pieces are protected at home and on the go.
